Thomas E. (Ted) Shields, CEO
Prior to co-founding GeoResults Ted Shields had over 33 years experience in the telecom industry at BellSouth and Nortel as well as the founder and owner of two other entrepreneurial companies. His knowledge base includes telecom engineering – both outside plant and fiber trunk transport, marketing, sales, databases, Geographical Information Systems (GIS) mapping, network planning, market planning, and business development. He has extensive experience with the creation of linkages between engineering, marketing, and business data information. Ted has been instrumental in developing and enhancing the entire GeoResults product line. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Georgia State University. |

Peter Contreras, COO
Peter Contreras has over 11 years experience working in the telecom industry at Nortel, BellSouth, and GeoResults. Peter has an extensive background in database and system management, SQL development and coding, project management, sales, and software integration. Peter holds a holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of American Intercontinental University. In addition, Peter holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Barrington University with a minor in Business Administration and an Associate of Applied Technology in Electronic Engineering from West Central College.

Dawn Shields, CFO
Dawn Shields has 16 years experience in finance, GIS mapping, and engineering at BellSouth, Nortel, and GeoResults. She is a Phi Beta Kappa and valedictorian honors graduate from Agnes Scott College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. |

Guy Williams, CTO
Guy Williams has 16 years experience in system administration of PC-based networks as well as database design, development, and administration. He has built database systems for IBM, Georgia Tech, and Nortel. He also has expertise in predictive analytics and statistical modeling routines. Guy holds a Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech and has had formal training in project management, team-directed management, time-to-market principles, and operational management efficiencies. |

Jim Kenny, VP-Marketing and Business Development
Jim Kenny possesses over 37 years of broad industry experience in establishing business direction, developing market opportunities and improving bottom line financial performance in high technology communications firms. He held executive-level Planning and Business Development positions at Nortel, Nortel Networks Australia, and AT&T. Jim was with the Verizon Corporation for 26 years where he also held a number of executive-level positions in Market Planning, Business Development and Operations in the Wireline Communications, Wireless Communications, Video Services and Computer Reseller divisions. Jim holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Fordham University and a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College. He also has post-graduate executive certificates from Columbia University and the Center for Creative Leadership. |

James Drummond, VP-Research and Engineering
James Drummond has 37 years experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily in the planning and implementation of large fiber and switching networks in metropolitan areas at BellSouth. He managed, planned and implemented a survivable, diversely routed fiber SONET transport network for the Atlanta metropolitan area. James also planned and implemented a survivable SONET transport network for corporate traffic across the nine state BellSouth region. After leaving BellSouth, he joined Nortel followed by GeoResults where his expertise in the SONET, ATM, digital switching, routers, multiplexers, and WDM/DWDM technologies served as the development foundation of the GeoResults family of telecom infrastructure products. James has a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech. |
