ON-NET and NEAR-NET BUILDINGS™

This analysis and associated report deliverable will identify and locate the best set of Target Buildings to focus on for achieving profitable market growth with maximum capital efficiencies. To begin, GeoResults will locate and calculate the distance between each Target Building and the nearest existing client On-Net building.

GeoResults will then produce a detailed listing and associated summary report that shows the identity and quantity of targeted buildings that fall within a set of specific On-Net Building proximity buffer zones in a particular market. To do this, GeoResults will first spatially digitize the existing On-Net Buildings of the client and establish a customized set of On-Net Building proximity buffer zones around each existing On-Net Building.

GeoResults will then spatially locate each targeted building or business site, calculate the distance to the nearest existing On-Net Building and assign the targeted building to a specific On-Net Building proximity buffer zone. These results can then be appended to the Targeted Business and Targeted Buildings Report as well as summarized in a Market Summary Report. The GeoResults Near-Net Building Analysis and Report will allow our clients to identify and locate the best set of Target Buildings to focus on to profitably grow their market footprint within the constraints of their available capital budgets.
